Backorders

If something you really want is out of stock and you wouldn’t mind to back order it, you can. Back ordering mean, when you order something out of stock, pricedecor.com keeps your order on file and when the product comes back in stock it will be shipped to you instantly. But if you choose to wait, the product you are looking for will be back in stock fairly soon and can be reordered at that time.

Shipping time

For every order the shipping time will take 6-10 business days. With an additional 24 hours to process the order. We do ship to p.o boxes but that will take additional 2 business days. If the package does not reach you in the 12 days, don’t worry it may be some minor shipping delays that is out of our control. 

Shipping Cost/ Freight Charges

The shipping actually doesn’t cost anything it’s the freight charge that you are paying for. Your freight charge is based on your package destination and the dollar amount of your order. Note that if the total amount is less then 90 its 6.99 + 1.99 for any additional items. And if the total amount is more then 90 it’s 27% * the total amount. Any extra freight charges because of the product weight I will pay for.

Returns and Claims

Pricedecor.com makes every effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely. Every order shipped from pricedecor.com is double checked for accuracy. If you have any problems with the package or products, contact us via email with your product number and problem and we will make sure the problem will be resolved.

Damage, Lost or Shortage Products

All merchandise damaged, lost, or in shortage during shipment will be covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping or any damaged merchandise, just contacts us via email with your product number and the problem and we will make sure the problem is resolved. Contact us with the lost merchandise info also with the product number with date of purchase.
